Budget Flexibility
Panorama HOA was one of GDU’s largest undertakings. This project showcased GDU’s presence in the HOA arena. We installed over 300 steel garage doors at this community located in Lake San Marcos.
This HOA’s condo budget was particularly strict for each quarter in the year. In response, GDU installed doors in different phases to meet the community’s budgetary requirements.
The Panorama HOA was completed over the course of a year with doors installed in six different phases.
GDU works diligently to accommodate a payment schedule that helps facilitate the monetary needs of each HOA complex. This helps maintain the momentum of the project.
Attention to Detail
GDU understands that each home and garage door is different. Even at an HOA complex! To that effect, our interaction extends far beyond just working with the HOA board. We approach every job by listening to the needs of all home owners involved.
Once the board approves our presentation, the real work begins! Our team performs measurements on every garage in the complex prior to scheduling production.
Any additional service required or issues that may affect the install are noted at this time. The garage door is inspected for age and the presence of state required photo eyes. Finally, any additional accessories desired by the homeowner such as extra remotes, keypads, etc. will be discussed at this meeting and ordered.
