Structural Modifications
Taylor Brooks, our most recent HOA project located in Vista, presented an issue with the framework inside each garage that required structural modification.
A garage door does a lot of heavy lifting during its lifetime. A sturdy frame is necessary to support the continuous movement and weight of steel garage doors.
During the inspection, GDU discovered considerable decay and age in every door’s frame. We replaced all frames in each and every garage unit.
Custom re-framing was part of every install for each door in this project which consisted of 100 doors.
At GDU, not only is the functionality of your door our top concern, but ensuring the safety of the space overall.
Presentation & Approval
At GDU we build a presentation to submit before the HOA board. This includes the overall plan for the community’s new doors and ensures a smooth approval process.
Our understanding is that each community has different aesthetic needs and budgetary conditions. We work to create a proposal that satisfies all parties involved! Adding to the intrinsic value of your complex is our long term goal.
After the presentation, we are available to discuss any changes or requests needed to help your board make the final decision.
If your HOA reviews our products and services then decides GDU is not the right fit, no problem! There is no charge for this process, it’s that simple!
We believe our company provides a quality experience and product that is unbeatable in today’s market.
